1. Archive purpose

This website is a read-only historical archive. Content describes legacy products and company history for reference. Active applications, updates, support, and business operations are provided exclusively through Kline IT Solutions.

2. End-User License Agreement (historical app terms)

  1. Acknowledgement. The EULA is concluded between you and the end user only, and not with Apple; you, not Apple, are solely responsible for the licensed application and its content.
  2. Scope of license. Non-transferable license to use the licensed application on Apple-branded products the end user owns or controls, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service, including Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
  3. Maintenance and support. You are solely responsible for maintenance and support; Apple has no obligation to furnish any.
  4. Warranty. You are solely responsible for product warranties. If the application fails to conform, the end user may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price; Apple has no further warranty obligation.
  5. Product claims. You, not Apple, are responsible for product liability, legal/regulatory conformity, and consumer-protection or privacy claims.
  6. Intellectual property. You are solely responsible for investigating and defending third-party IP infringement claims.
  7. Legal compliance. End users represent they are not in an embargoed country and are not on prohibited-party lists.
  8. Contact. Direct app questions, complaints, or claims to [email protected] or via Kline IT Solutions.
  9. Third-party terms. End users must comply with applicable third-party terms (e.g., wireless data agreements).
  10. Third-party beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the EULA with the right to enforce it.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse archive content, misrepresent affiliation, or attempt to disrupt the site. All trademarks and app names remain property of their respective owners.
